AB-InBev Grupo Modelo Brewery in Mexico
This Grupo Modelo project, is one of the biggest and most successful international project managed by Lehui International.
The Brewery is located in a green plant in Apan, Hidalgo.,108km east of the City of Mexico. It is a brand new brewery and also an expansion project of Modelo beer. The project contains 2 phases, and Lehui is responsible to supply of all large tanks (BBT & CCT). It includes 92 large sized fermentation and bright beer tanks, with specification of 1500hl, 9600hl Fermentation Tanks and 3000hl BBTs. the equipment are listed as following:

For finishing the project, Lehui did the fabrication of different parts of the tanks in china, including the shells, the cones, the dish head and relevant spare parts, after that 30 20’GP, 90 40’HC and 15000 m3 are shipped from Shanghai, China to Manzanillo, Mexico, then it’s sent to site by inland transportation. after it’s arrived on site, lehuimex- the Mexico branch of lehui did the assembling, installation, insulation and commission on site. During the process the construction requires with cranes with the large capacity to install the equipment, Lehui purchased two new cranes with bearing capacity of 260T and 50T to complete the installation, and also rented 700T crane for the final assembling. Meanwhile lehui fits with the EHS requirement of ABI perfectly during the project.
After the phase I and II, the installed capacity of this plant in is 12 million hectolitre and the footprint of the plant is designed for a potential capacity of 24 million hectolitre annul.(2018)
